How to Implement TalentPulse?

Implementation Guide

High-Level Timeline

This is only indicative of a project timeline.

Please note that the activities in the timeline might differ based on your final scope of work.

Kick-off Meeting

The timeline for implementing the TalentPulse platform typically begins with a project kick-off meeting, where the project team is introduced and the project goals and timeline are established. This is also an opportunity to share important documents and standards that will guide the implementation process.

  • Company’s competency and values as per job-levelling

  • Candidate’s list, such as candidate’s e-mail addresses

  • E-mail communication (invitation, reminder, completion e-mail)

  • Company’s logo to be incorporated into the client’s account and report design

  • Company’s color scheme to be incorporated into the report design

Solution Design and System Configuration

Once the project has been kicked off, the next step is to obtain your company’s set of competencies and values, the candidate’s list and other relevant information for the system configuration on the platform.

After the competency mapping has been signed-off, the system configuration process begins. Our implementation configures the platform to meet the specific needs of your organization, including report branding, assessment tools selections and competency mapping.

Knowledge Transfer Workshop - Basic System Familiarisation

Once the system has been configured, the next step is knowledge transfer. This involves training the key stakeholders who will be using the platform, including recruiters, hiring managers, and HR staff. It is important to ensure that all users are comfortable with the platform and understand how to use its features effectively.

After your team is familiar with the system, your team can send out assessments to their candidates via the self-service function.

Basic Report Interpretation Workshop

Once the candidates have completed their assessments, Accendo can offer a report interpretation workshop for your recruiters, hiring managers, and HR staff. This workshop is designed to help your team better understand the results of the assessments, and how to interpret the assessment scores and use them in the selection process.

Finally, post-live support and maintenance is an ongoing process that involves monitoring the platform for issues and making necessary updates and improvements. Accendo has a team dedicated to your account to regularly evaluate the platform’s performance and gather feedback from users to ensure that it continues to meet the needs of the organization.

Overall, the timeline for implementing a new talent acquisition platform can vary depending on the specific needs of the organization. However, by following a structured process organizations can successfully implement a new platform that streamlines their recruitment process and improves their overall talent acquisition strategy.
