The new tool will be a part of Accendo’s TalentPulse platform and integrated into all dashboards, reports and other talent assessment and talent management features.
Traditionally, 360 feedback tools have been used more at the senior levels, given the costs generally associated with such tools. While there is broad acceptance of the utility of such tools to generate insightful feedback from managers, peers and reportees, mass utilization has been restricted so far because organizations have limited budgets availability. Accendo’s new tool is designed to fill this market gap and make 360 feedback accessible for employees at all levels.
To democratize the use of feedback and encourage utilization, Accendo will offer a free version of the 360 tool that will include 10 licenses per organization per month. The free version is based off industry best practices workflows, questionnaires and analysis. With the free tool, organizations will be able to obtain valuable feedback on employee performance from people who work closest with them. For organizations seeking a customized version, the 360 tool will also be offered as a paid version, but at a significantly lower cost as compared to traditional tools available in the market.
