Accendo launches these initiatives to respond to the HR community’s need for more collaboration and knowledge sharing
Press release: Kuala Lumpur, Mar 3, 2020: Accendo Technologies, a leading provider of talent assessments and career pathing solutions, announced two new initiatives in response to the HR community’s need for more collaboration and knowledge sharing. AccendoConnects, the first initiative, is a forum wherein HR industry practitioners get to together to be updated of new trends, learn new things and share learning. AccendoInsights, the second initiative, is a research arm that does studies and publishes reports on topics of interest for the HR community.
Both the initiatives originate from an oft-heard comment from professionals in the HR industry. According to Sharma Lachu, Founder and CEO, Accendo, “AccendoConnects and AccendoInsights are a way for us to repay back to the HR industry, a way of thanking our customers for the rapid growth we have seen over the last few years. We have realized in our interactions that all stakeholders – business, HR and employees – that they all have a strong desire to learn and share best practices in the extremely disruptive and rapidly evolving environment around us, but do not find honest forums for the same. AccendoConnects and AccendoInsights will fill a large void in the market”.
Both initiatives will be headed by Ashvin Nair, Head of Market Insights, Accendo, who takes on this strategic role after spending 5 years in assessment consulting and product management.
