In a career spanning nearly 40 years, Adzhar Ibrahim has held HR leadership roles in organizations such as Maxis, AirAsia, Digi, Sime Darby and Standard Chartered. He now uses his vast experience and knowledge to advise and mentor “a few very cool digital startups”.
Leading organizations around the world create Product Advisory Councils to bring an independent, external perspective. He will help align Accendo priorities to real challenges faced by the industry, guide design of products and services, provide inputs on company strategy and direction, advise on marketing, and help generate thought leadership ideas on the future of talent management.
